I hereby grant AAA Volleyball Club, Inc. permission to use my likeness, or the likeness of my minor child or children in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including website entries, printed or other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by AAA Volleyball Club, Inc., Inc., in perpetuity, and for other use by AAA Volleyball Club, Inc., without further consideration. I hereby irrevocably authorize AAA Volleyball Club, Inc., to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing AAA Volleyball Club, Inc., programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.
